Tab suggestions clamped to the right do not align when argument being tab-completed moves to the left while command extends to the left of the visible chat entry line

A bit hard to describe.

To reproduce:

1. Run

   /teleport @e[scores={test=1,tst=1,teeeeeeest=1,est=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1},limit=1] red

   with the first three characters of your player name

2. Open chat
3. Hit up arrow
4. Move cursor to the left and shorten the selector
5. Observe how the suggestion box moves

Note that the position won't fix itself if you entirely delete the last argument, re-complete the previous argument and start the last argument again.
