Minecraft GUI Scale Breaks Text

Hello,

Recently I have bought a new PC and installed Minecraft on it. When I changed the GUI scale to large, like I always used on my MacBook linked up to a monitor, the text is broken and I cannot find any solutions online. I am using the same monitor I used for my MacBook, so I am confused why this is happening. I don't want to change the GUI scale higher or lower because GUI scale auto is too big, and normal and small is way too small. Screenshots of this are provided.
