Flying In Creative

recently i downloaded a map for 1.12.2 and my flying speed is incredibly fast and i was on forge at the time.. And it's not because of forge that this happened i played this map before the new release came out and the flight speed was normal

Details:

Mods- Dalek Mod U47 (and its API), Custom NPC 1.12.2 & PixelCamMc1.8-1.2
Map Downloaded- Greenfield 1.12.2
