1.13 crashes before title screen

in minecraft 1.13 snapshots,it crashes before the title screen,or even the mojang screen,this goes for 17w49b,17w50a,and 18w01a,meaning for some reason,it can't load either the title or mojang screen; it loads a white screen,then crashes,and i can't get the crash report.
