MC-1240Enderman cannot dodge flame arrow. When the arrow is shot the Enderman moves out of the way but is still set on fire
The Enderman can be hit by flame arrows and take damage also i think the arrow itsself may not do damage only the flame effect. The Enderman will be lit for the full period.
