SummonItemPickupCrash

What I expected to happen was...:
I summoned an Item (Apple) with a command ( ) and then i picked it up and buum it Crashed imediatly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. summon the Item:

summon item ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1b,Glowing:1b,PickupDelay:40,Tags:["LuckyBlockItem"],Item:{id:"minecraft:apple",Count:1b,tag:{display:{Name:"Apple"}}}}

2. i picked it (the summoned Item) up
3. wuum it crashes emediatly
