NBT CustomName seems to only accept integers

Command:

summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~

{CustomName:"MOJANG",CustomNameVisible:1b}

Result:

Error: Unable to summon entity

Command:

summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~

{CustomName:"999",CustomNameVisible:1b}

Result:

An Armor Stand named 999.
