When I play Minecraft it is a little laggy for the first 10 seconds. Then a huge lag spike occurs and my game freezes for 10 seconds. Then the loop keeps happening forever. I am not able to play Minecraft like I used to in smooth 60 fps.

My game works for a little bit then my games freezes and I cant do anything. This happens forever and ever and this never stops. I am not able to play singleplayer or multiplayer normally and it's very frustrating. This started happening since the new menu update. I haven't played Minecraft since and its really bothering me because I used to play Minecraft 5 hours a day, 7 days a week.
