Clicking [Intentional Game Design] on death screen doesn't open a link to MCPE-28723

The bug

You can click the death message [Intentional Game Design] on the chat and it opens a link to MCPE-28723, but clicking [Intentional Game Design] on the death screen won't do anything.

How to reproduce

1. Kill yourself by exploding beds in the nether, or the end
2. The death screen will pop-up
3. Click [Intentional Game Design]. It will do nothing
4. Click "Respawn"
5. Focus to the chat screen, then clicking [Intentional Game Design] will open a link to MCPE-28723
