Ocelots not spawning, finding only parrots

What actually happened was...: I only found parrots, instead of ocelots.
What happened was that I found parrots in the jungle, not ocelots?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go into a jungle
2. ...Look for ocelots
3. Find only parrots, not ocelots
