Crash after start

Hello, in the last update my minecraft stop working (update 1.12.2), I press play, load the menu and stop working, I have to force close it, I don't know what happend, I dowload the installer, after see didn't fix the problem, i try to uninstall and install again but any changes...

also..., it stop working just after load the minecraft realms picture wich are in the menu

PD: The probblem affect to all versions (don't matter if it have minecraft realms or not)

After first mod check:

added the log reports, but didn't found the crash reports :/
