Everytime when the effect glowing is on a person or mob i get a black screen when i look to him

Im playing on a server on this server are bots with this effect named Glowing so my screen turns black if i look to them. I looked for help i tried every thing i upadte my card driver updatet my intel i did every thing nothing works. and i am playing on the version 1.10.2
