PIgmen don't spawn in 1.12

I have a gold farm in nether . It ' s huge. For some reasons , when I'm playing in 1.12 pigmen don't spawn on the platforms , but if I log in in 1.11.2 my platforms are full of pigmen . The farm is build 100% correctly .
