Non-op players can see block tags in F3

Looking at a block shows the block tag it is contained in in F3 for any player

What I expected to happen was:
The block tag should only be visible to opped players since it's not really information non-opped players should get.

What actually happened was:
Any player is able to see the block tag.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a block tag
2. Place a block from said block tag
3. De-op yourself
4. Look at the block
5. Press F3
