Map waypoints made with itemframe and map copy, disappear after reload

When creating map waypoints (green arrow) using the item frame and a map copy, the green arrow will disappear when reloading the map if not relatively near the item frame. This seem to be a bug since it voids the idea of having this kind of waypoint if you have to go look for it anyway.
