Vines not updating properly.

So I when to mine a big jungle tree (they have the 2x2 wide trunk) I also have a mod called: Timber! (It allows you to mine the bottom of the tree and it will destroy all the wood in the tree) and when I mined the tree the vines just staid there they did not update properly.
