Jungles cause too much lag for minecraft

When I start minecraft I create a new world just creative or survival it doesn't matter I look at the FPS and its at 1 FPS so in creative I can't fly because too much lag and survival I can't walk on do anything responsive to minecraft so I'm hoping if you can fix this thanks for your cooperation.
