Game crashing upon start

Whenever I try to run a 1.13 snapshot, it crashes and doesn't give me a crash report. It gives me a message on the launcher saying my game has crashed and when I click "View crash report"
nothings happens. I know it's not the resolution thing because I've never messed with that.
I'll send the logs but I'm not sure that will help.
