CTRL + A doesn't work

The bug :
If I want to delete / copy a text or a command in the chat or in a command_block, I do CTRL + A to select everything...

But nothing is happening.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Write any text in chat or in a command_block
2. do CTRL + A
