Minecraft freezes on startup, Reinstalling Minecraft, Java, and fully removing minecraft from the PC Did not resolve the issue

All versions of minecraft Modded Vanilla and Snapshot do not run on my computer. By this I mean they freeze once all of the minecraft files are handled and do not continue to the main menu
