/title and /tellraw do not allow fake players

The commands /title and /tellraw do not allow fake players to be used when showing scores.
i.e,

/tellraw @s {"score":{"name":"bar","objective":"foo"}} displays the error message "no entity was found"

To replicate:

1. /scoreboard objectives add foo dummy
2. /scoreboard players set bar foo 10
3. /tellraw @s {"score":

{"name":"bar","objective":"foo"}

}
