/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ creates entity with broken coordinates
Using a command block to < /execute as @p at @p run summon armor_stand ~ ~3 ~ > should summon an armor stand 3 blocks above the player, but the resulting entity's model only appears there. Its actual position is still exactly that of the player, no matter what relative coordinates are used.
This only seems to apply to armor stands, not other entities.
