Debug options F3+A and F3+Q inverted

I don't know for sure if it's a bug or a feature, but in the latest snapshot, F3+Q reloads all chunks and F3+A shows the list of debug keybindings.
This is inverted in 1.12.2
And no, it's not because my keyboard is in the wrong azerty/qwerty mode. I checked that.
