Cannot open chests under Glowstone anymore

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a chest/trapped chest.
2. Notice that it opens normally.
3. Place a Glowstone block above it.
4. Notice that it can no longer open.

Side note 1: You still can open chests under slabs and stairs and other transparent blocks.
Side note 2: Glowstone still acts like a transparent block in redstone (i.e. cannot be strongly powered)
