Launching A 1.13 Snapshot Immediately Crashes When The Game Window Opens

Every time I press play on the Minecraft launcher the loading process happens and everything looks completely normal and then a window pops up for about 2-3 seconds with the Mojang logo and then closes and it says there was a game crash. I am able to play release versions (1.12.2) but haven't been able to play any 1.13 snapshot. Everything runs fine on 1.12.2...
