Can't rotate 360 since 1.13 (same issue on minecraft windows 10)

When I want to rotate my minecraft character, I can only rotate 180 instead of 360 whilst I could in Minecraft 1.12. I perform the same issue on Minecraft Bedrock since I got it (one year ago).

Sensitivity has been set to maximum but it doesn't change anything.
