[17w49b] Piston top is remove from a bud update

The bug can only happen if the piston is facing upward and if you put a block on top of it, it will place the block like there is a slab between the two.

Edit1: You can't push the piston that is bug either.
Edit2: Seems to only work with a slime block on top.
