Hack tools for impersonation, incl. names of developers, used on servers

UUID spoofer / fake nick, scan server ports, scan server for plugins, give command block etc.

By accident I found myself noticing that there is proof in people using hacks to impersonate other Minecrafters/login with their account names.

E.g. check https://minecraft-statistic.net/en/player/Dinnerbone/servers

I also made the same check for "Panda4994", of whom I know he never has played on those servers, as well as some of my own accounts, "Meridiana", "Meri" and "LapisDemon".

Not all accounts are affected, I would assume it depends on the name's popularity, but I personally don't like the idea that people impersonate myself, let alone Minecraft developers.

Possibly relates to MC-110940?
I wasn't sure whether I should just add what I describe in this bugpost to MC-110940, as this here does not describe the hack tools itself, but rather the outcome.
