Twitch Broadcasting not working

I used minecraft 1.7.10 (my favourite version) and when I opened the twitch broadcasting page it shows a error: "Unable to load the libraries needed for the integrated Twitch broadcasting service." Do I need to do something, is it a bug or I need to pass to an updated version to make it work? (OH, and also ignore I said 1.12.2 on the affects version)
