Window-open spam

*What I expected to happen was: Open 1 finder window

*What actually happened was: Minecraft kept opening a finder window, leaving me only the option to quit the game, because when i shut the finder window, it would re-appear.

*Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft
2. Go to "Options"
3. Go to "texture packs"
4. Click on "open texturepacks folder"
