Double blocks break after replacing Tall Grass/Large Fern

The bug

After replacing tall grass or a large fern, the replacement block instantly breaks if it is a double block such as a door or a rose bush.

How to reproduce

Place tall grass (the double kind) on a grass block, then place a door on the same grass block. The double grass and the door will both break.

Possible cause

The fix of MC-86980 could have caused this bug.
