Graphics wont load on Windows 10

originally i had problems with the launcher but a little bit of trouble shooting fixed that problem. the game works its just all you see is a white window with nothing in it. the graphics is the only part thats not working. if you can play blind then you dont need to worry about it. the farthest i could get playing blind was pressing multiplayer. i would have to reinstall minecraft everytime i wanted to play.
