When a hungry player feeds a hungry dog the dog and the player receive hunger points

Dear Demigod Mojang People.
I have a bug to report.
It is when the player is hungry and it feeds a tamed wolf steak (probably works with all other foods) that is almost completely healed, the dog will be healed and the player (about 1-2 seconds later) will gain hunger points and make the very end of the eating sound.
