Game with no texture and sound

I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PLAY MINECRAFT FOR 2 WEEKS AND I have seen other people have this problem in ~~MC-122148~~ there is comments on how to fix it but it's to complicated and just PLEASE SOEBODY HELP MEEEEEE... please....just want to play minecraft...
