/help no longer has pages

Now it prints a huge amount of text into chat, longer than the backlog.

In addition to re-introducing pages, /help could also only display the shortened, auto-generated syntax for commands that is currently displayed when dismissing tab-completions ("/teleport <esc>"), see attached screenshot.
