Joining Sever Issue Constant Problem!

I'm really Getting annoyed right now!The same thing is happening again!Still wont let me on!The Current message still is 'Failed to connect to sever'
Not aunthenticated with minecraft.net

This is really bugging me at the moment!I've been playing my own lets play world for a while and left the servers list!It's still not working!Can you please fix it please!
