Redstone and sugar canes items use the block translation instead of their item translation

The redstone item uses the block.minecraft.redstone_wire ("Redstone Wire") translation instead of item.minecraft.redstone ("Redstone"). The same issue happens to sugar canes, which use the block.minecraft.sugar_cane ("Sugar Cane") string instead of item.minecraft.sugar_cane ("Sugar Canes").
