1.13 snapshots

I tried to open the new snapshots, and it was all fine till the new 1.13 snapshots

after the 1.12, the 1.13 can not launch

i tried refreshing reinstalling minecraft but nothing seems to happend

this is the scene. I launch minecraft and the i select the snapshot, but the second i hit play/launch it just does nothing please help,
