Pressing F3+Q to display help reloads all chunks instead on AZERTY keyboard

Hi,
The debug mode uses QWERTY keyboard and I use a AZERTY keyboard.
There aren't missmatch with type of keyboard.

Example :
When a press F3 + Q to display help, Minecraft reload all chuncks.
