Some cool features with blockstates

1. Introduce new craftable item to manipulate some blockstates. E.g. chest connections, block facing.
At this moment, chest shift-placing ignores side connections, so, its impossible to create double chest on double chest.(pic1)
It will be really great feature
2. Add creative feature - pick item at this blockstate. E.g. sneak+middle click will pick block at current blockstate. So, it will be easier to make buildings(pic2)
