Changed piston behaviour towards Marker-true armor stands in 17w47a

Before 17w47a, when you triggered a piston with a Marker-true armor stand on its head, the Marker-true armor stand fell through (as it should).

Since 17w47a, this behaviour changed: The Marker-true armor stand will not fall through.

I currently assume there have been changes made to the extended piston.
