Debug stick doesn't work on block that don't have a hitbox

When right clicking fire/water/lava/any other block that doesn't have a hitbox with anything, it actually right clicks the block behind, as they don't have a hitbox. This unfortunatly means, that the debug stick doesn't work on them.
