flowers spawning too many in savanna Biome

Before Minecraft 17w47a the savanna Biome whas just only grass and sometimes flowers But in this update there are too many flowers spawned called ''peony'' also Roses (Got the feeling also with the cactus and death bushes but Im not sure about that spawn change')
