No Block, Item, Mob, GUI, or any other texture renders -- No sounds play

Everything in the game displays the "missing texture" texture (Purple and black squares) including all GUIs, mobs, blocks, items, and everything else in the game that has a texture, including the title screen.

Sounds also don't play for anything.
