music glitch and spawnmonsters false glitch

Menu music is playing over gameplay music and music plays over itself. Also i am playing game with server.jar and zombie villagers are spawned naturally even spawn monsters in server are set to false. Also i need to set spawnmonsters to false in offline singleplayer game.
