Healing+harming=???

If you make a potion with healing and harming effect (same level), the drinkable form won't modify your health but the splash one will:
-If you throw it 2 blocks away from you, your health will be the same (but you can hear the hurt noise)
-If you throw it closer, the damage effect will hurt you but the healing effect won't heal you.
