1.8.9 does seem to be loading/responding at all.

Basically what is happening is that I have tried loading Minecraft 1.8.9 and it does not seem to respond. I know it is not my computer because I can play other versions perfectly fine. Please check this bug out. Btw I picked 1.12.2 becuase it won't let me pick 1.8.9
