Item Holding Glitch

There is a Item Holding Glitch in minecraft, makes me hold the item weirdly. Not sure if this is a update or not, and I'm not sure if I'm the only one having this issue. :/
As you can see in the screenshots below, its really weird. Please fix this issue - I tried it on 1.9.4 and 1.12.2, and it seems to affect it. I tried 1.8.9 with mods and didn't have this issue...
