EnderCrystal Beam Not Supporting Transparency

Xbox supports transparency for it's endercrystal beam and I liked it better but, It turns out even though they are the same model same res java doesn't support transparency on ender crystal beam. Instead of supporting transparency it turns everything into solid colors ruining the look

If you looked you will also notice the pixels were not stretched in xbox edition but, they are in java edition. This is another issue that needs to be fixed
