Minecraft Java Edition sometimes plays multiple songs at once.

Whenever I play Minecraft Java edition, either singleplayer or multiplayer, I find a problem with the music playing more than one song at once. Everything works fine, until I quit the game and join a new world or server. When I return to the main menu, the song stays and when i join the world and a new song starts, it starts over top of the old one. Sometimes, even THREE songs can play at once. I also noticed that refreshing the resource packs fixes is temporally, but it gets pretty annoying. Of course, I could just disable the music, but I like it and i know a lot of other people do too. I also noticed that sometimes it just happens, even if I don't exit my game. Please fix this glitch in 1.13, Mojang.
